We wanted to provide another update related to the CoronaVirus (COVID-19). We are meeting daily as a leadership group to monitor the ever changing landscape. We have engaged the help of our Quality Council to make sure we are doing everything we can to help protect our employees, our providers and our patients. We have added additional notices to our email and phone reminders, we have added new screening questions to our medical records and we have worked with front office staff on additional scripting when patients first present to our offices. Please ensure that we have signs posted on the front doors of our practices in addition to signs at our front desks. We also continue to work with Delasco to ensure we have masks and sanitizers for our practices.
